With the clear and user-friendly Rate Calendar you can easily manage your rates in one overview. All relevant information is collected per day, so that you can assess at a glance whether you want to take over the recommended rate. At the touch of a button, updated rates are sent directly to your Property Management System or Channel Manager.
Rate recommendation
Receive recommended rates for your hotel up to 4 times per hour. Our smart algorithm combines forecasting and competitor pricing to calculate the optimal rate recommendation per day , up to 365 days in advance. Within the rate calendar the recommendation is shown and can easily be taken over. It is even possible to automatically apply the rate recommendations by using the Auto Publish function.
