Why did you choose the hospitality industry?
“After graduation, I began working for Booking.com, serving their French-speaking customers, while I saved up some money to go travelling. After about a year, and having failed to save a penny, I decided I enjoyed working in hospitality technology and wanted to make a career out of it. Now, after a few diversions and nearly 20 years later, I am excited to begin my journey with RevControl!”
When did you first hear about RevControl?
“While I was coming to end of a career break this summer, and looking for my next challenge, I noticed that a connection of mine was advertising for a sales role at RevControl.
Having learnt more about the fantastic product, and meeting the team,
I knew I wanted to help them bring their solution to the UK.
Luckily the feeling was mutual!"
How will you convince prospects to choose RevControl?
“I really don’t think it’s about convincing anyone at all. RevControl is a great solution, incredibly detailed and flexible, and based on reams of relevant data. RevControl makes revenue management, easier, faster and more profitable for all types of accommodation providers, from hotels to holiday parks to hostels. I’m just looking forward speaking with as many people in the UK and Ireland as possible about their revenue management needs and finding a way that Revcontrol can help them.”
Are there any nice-to-know details you'd like to share about yourself?
"I’m a big football fan, with a season ticket at my local club. I love to cook, as well as trying the latest places to eat and drink. I’m also an avid reader, particularly of history books, especially anything about warfare in the “long 19th Century” period. More than anything, I just like getting to know people and having great conversations, so I can’t wait to hear from you all, so we can have a chat about RevControl!"
